Sempervivum Mahogany 'Hen and Chicks' Succulents

"Hens and Chicks" Sedum in various sizes. These succulents are sun-loving yet shade-tolerant succulents making an excellent ground cover and displaying a range of colors depending on the amount of lighting it’s receiving.
The Neat thing about these succulents are: they can be admired year round indoors OR these Succulents are resilient to rain and cold, making them easy perennial’s that will sprout new growth after winter. 

They are so easy to grow and very low-maintenance making them perfect for rock walls, containers, ground cover and more. They mature quickly, producing offsets within a year or two, and can flower in the right conditions within a couple years.

Soil: Use a well draining soil. 

Watering: Water thoroughly once soil is 100% dry. The #1 houseplant death is from how frequent you water, not how much water is provided.  Make sure your pot has drainage holes allowing soil to dry out during growing season. Reduce watering during winter.

Lighting: Bright direct/indirect sunlight

** I highly recommend to not repot your plant right away to avoid further stress. I use a very high quality custom soil with fertilizer. Your plant can remain in same pot til it is rootbound.
