Will my plants look like what is on the site?
It depends. If the plant you purchased has an inventory listed of 2 or more, the plant pictured shares similar sizes, leaves and color. If there is a plant listed with an inventory count of 1, that is the exact plant that you will receive.
Are you open to the public?
Unfortunately, not at this moment. Our goal is to eventually have a small greenhouse that we would love to have people visit by appointment only.
Do you take special orders?
Absolutely! Our macrame & sun catchers that are listed is our current inventory but that doesn’t mean we are limited to just that! If you have any requests like colors, designs, plants etc, we would love for you to get in contact with us! Special requests have a 8-10 day fulfillment period depending on what the request is. We require 50% due the day of your order and the remaining when your order is finished & you are notified.
How long will it take for me to receive my plants?
Once your order is placed, your order will be processed within 3-5 business days with having holidays and weekends in consideration. We utilize USPS 3 day priority & UPS 3 day for plants, only to ensure that your plants will arrive happy and healthy. We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays-Wednesdays if you are local to our area and we are confident that it will be delivered within 3 days. Do you ship plants in the winter months?
Yes! We offer a Winter Shipping Assurance package for $6. Our WSAP offers extra protection from cold weather damage that is not covered by our regular guarantee. If you do not purchase the Winter Shipping Assurance Package, we are not responsible for the condition your plants arrive. What is our Guarantee?
Plants
We guarantee our plants to arrive happy & healthy upon arrival. We strive to offer high quality products and only package the way we would want to receive packages. Due to the perishable nature- All sales are final with certain exceptions. When purchasing from Squirrelly Foliage, you are agreeing that you have knowledge there is a risk of yellowing of leaves, torn leaves, soil spillage, broken stems, foliage loss or cold/heat damage in the shipping process especially without the purchase of extra protection. Macramé and Sun catchers
Every knot and clasp is tightened with highest expectation. We guarantee your purchase to fulfill your expectations & bring many smiles with joy. With that being said, we do not offer any returns or exchanges. All sales are final with the exception of damaged or issues. For more information please see our return policy below.
Return Policies
As mentioned above, all sales are final with the exception of damage (our negligence) or issues. With purchasing plants off of our website you are acknowledging the risks of shipping live plants. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect your purchase for any damage upon arrival. If, for some reason your plants arrived not up to your expectations, please email us within 24 hours with a video or pictures of said damage & we will absolutely work with you to get the issue resolved. If we are not contacted within the 24 hour time frame, we can only offer advice on to how to best take care and resolve the issues. It is the customers responsibility to track and retrieve their order to avoid extreme exposure that can lead to extreme damage to the live plants. Please note that we are absolutely not responsible for damage that arises after 24 hours after delivery. We have no control over how the plants are tended to & bear no responsibility for damage caused by actions we have no control over.
For macrame & other nonparishable items- please email us within 72 hours of arrival with damage or affective items. We will work with you to resolve your issues.
