Hoya Parasitica Black Margin
Hoya Parasitica Black Margin
2” Hoya parasitica 'Black Margin' is one of the many veiny species & have dark margins that become more prominent when exposed to bright light. It produces star shaped flowers that are white with pink centers and appear in large clusters.
Recommendations for growing success:
Soil: Use a well draining soil. We personally use our own Hoya mixture which is:
Tree fern Fiber, Fluval Stratum, EXTRA large perlite, Coco husk chips, and pumice and added worm castings.
Watering: Water thoroughly once soil is 80-90% dry. The #1 houseplant death is from how frequent you water, not how much water is provided. Make sure your pot has drainage holes allowing soil to dry out during growing season. Reduce watering during winter.
Lighting: Bright indirect sunlight
